Aliva UK has welcomed two senior hires to its business and promoted a colleague to a director role, following a raft of new business wins that have further solidified the facade specialist’s market leading position.
The two new starters bring additional exemplary EWI and rainscreen cladding expertise to Aliva UK, which specialises in customised solutions alongside a complete facade product suite proposition to deliver on architectural design intent.
The new hires include:

Tarvinder Katavada who joins Aliva as National Business Development Manager for EWI, to further grow Aliva’s proposition for the refurbishment and new build markets. Tarvinder has 17 years’ industry experience and a BS (Hons) in Business Management.

Tony Masters who joins as Specification Manager for the North and Scotland with a remit for specification and project management of EWI and rainscreen cladding systems. Tony has 33 years’ sector experience, including two decades in specification sales and operations.

In addition, Aliva’s Ben Edmondson has been promoted to Technical Director of EWI Systems, a national role which recognises his unrivalled EWI sector experience and contribution to the business’ growth in this market, both commercial and refurbishment, over the last 11 years.
