The Fairfax features 11,000sqm of two of our Kiwa UK certified ETICS systems, with our AlivaBrick clay slip system in grey and grey white featured alongside our customised, cuboid, 3D effect ceramic slips.
RAL-matched in three shades of grey, our AlivaCeramic system has realised a distinct design on the project that stems from the concept of mathematical tessellation, where geometric shapes repeat seamlessly across a surface.
Our AlivaBrick and AlivaCeramic systems are Building Safety Act HRB and Gateway 2 compliant, can be installed with no height or boundary restriction and have a design life in excess of 30 years.
We’re proud to have worked on this project with Day Architectural Ltd, main contractor RG Group and installer Stoneguard, working in partnership to deliver a statement brick and ceramic slip ETICS combination for this stunning Mancunian project.
