The Fairfax, Manchester is a £165million, flagship 488-apartment Build To Rent development for client Olympian. It features two towers of 23 and 29 storeys linked by a glazed central atrium on the Ancoats side of the city.
Pastiglie Leone factory, Collegno
The brief was to create a statement, bespoke rainscreen cladding facade for this heritage Italian confectionery brand’s new factory and visitor centre. Pastiglie Leone dates back to 1857 and is renowned for its artisanal pastilles, candies, jellies, liquorice and fine chocolates.
